How we work
No months of silence followed by one big delivery. We build in short rounds, and after every round there is something that works.
Why short rounds?
With many software projects you hear little for months, and only see what has been built at the very end. Then it turns out not to be quite what you meant.
We turn that around. We build in short rounds, and after every round there is something that works. You see what is happening, you can adjust course, and you have something you can use in your hands much sooner.
From idea to live
Four steps. The third repeats as often as needed.

1
Getting to know you
We hear what you want to achieve and look at how you work today. No sales pitch, just an honest picture of the approach and planning.
What you get
- A conversation about your goal and your users
- A first idea of the approach
- A proposal for the first version
What we ask of you
- A picture of what is not working well today
- Who on your side needs to be involved
-
2
First version
We start with the smallest piece that already adds value. Not a thick document up front, but something you can click through.
What you get
- A clickable first version
- Clarity about what comes next
What we ask of you
- Feedback: does this work the way you expect?
- Access to the systems or content that are needed
-
3
Round after round
Every short round delivers a new working version. You test, we adjust. That way you always know where the project stands.
What you get
- A new version to test every time
- Visibility of what is finished and what is coming
- Room to adjust course
What we ask of you
- A single point of contact
- A moment each round to review
-
4
Live and onwards
Live as soon as it is good enough, not only once everything is finished. Real users show fastest what can be improved. Then we keep building, at the same pace.
What you get
- A launch without a big bang
- Ongoing development based on real use
What we ask of you
- Feedback from your users
- Priorities for the next step
One round, up close
This is what a round looks like. And then the next one begins.
Choose
Together we decide what will deliver the most this round.
Build
We build. We ask questions along the way, not only at the end.
Show
You get a working version to try for yourself.
Adjust
Your feedback decides what goes into the next round.
And back to the start
AI in how we work
AI makes software development faster, but only if you know what you are doing. We use AI as a tool in every round: to set up code faster, write tests, keep documentation up to date and explore ideas. That way you have a working version in your hands sooner.
The expertise is ours. We know how to steer AI well, spot when a suggestion is wrong, and decide the architecture ourselves. Every line of code that goes live has been reviewed and tested by one of our developers.
Security and privacy always come before speed. We agree per project which data may and may not be shared with AI tools, and we check the software for security before it goes live.
What that means for you
- A first working version sooner
- More time for what is truly custom
- All code reviewed and tested by people
- Clear agreements about your data
- You own what we build, whatever tools we use
Frequently asked questions
How long does a round take?
We tailor that to the project. The most important thing is that every round ends with something you can try.
Will I know the cost in advance?
You get a proposal for the first version in advance. After that you decide at each step whether you want to continue, so you are never caught by surprise.
How much of my time will it take?
You do not need to be available every day. We do ask for a moment each round to review and give feedback.
What if we want something different halfway through?
That is exactly the point. Because we work in short rounds, changing course is not a problem but part of the plan.
Do you use AI when building?
Yes. AI helps us deliver faster, for example when setting up code, writing tests and documentation. Our developers steer that and review everything that goes live.
Are my code and data safe when you use AI?
Security comes before speed. We agree per project which data may and may not be shared with AI tools, and all code is reviewed and tested by us before it goes live.
Ready to build?
Tell us briefly what you want to build. We will reply with a proposal for the first version.
